A Moment of Kindness

There is a lot that can be said about the upcoming Young Ambassadors trip.  It's a vacation to Europe.  It's a church trip, where we will learn about God and follow our Protestant heritage.  It's an extended version of church camp, that lasts for 3 weeks and occurs outside the US.  But really what it is, is an opportunity for our youth to see another form of peace and see how good people can be to each other, even if they don't know one another.  Earlier today, my co-leader Dan Doty sent me this video (A Moment of Kindness) and it hit me...this is our trip.  It is exactly what people have done for us to help make this program happen.  Without all the donations from individuals, churches, organizations, our church associations, and church conference, we wouldn't have been able to make last summer happen, hosting the Germans in America and in turn we wouldn't be preparing to leave in less than two weeks.  Thank you to everyone that made Young Ambassadors Ohio a reality!
